Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy for physical products? Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Are pre-orders refundable? Pre-orders may be canceled and refunded prior to shipment. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated as a standard purchase.

Do you guarantee results? Dog training outcomes depend on many factors, including consistency, environment, and follow-through. While professional guidance is provided, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Booking & Scheduling
How do I book training services? Training services are primarily booked through our website, where real-time availability is shown. If you have questions or need assistance before booking, you may contact us by phone or email for support.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? Group class cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the first scheduled class for a full refund. Once a group program has begun, no refunds or credits are issued. Private lessons canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full. Emergencies may be reviewed at the trainer’s discretion.
What happens if I arrive late to a session? Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect scheduled clients.
What is your weather policy? Outdoor sessions may be adjusted, relocated, or rescheduled depending on weather conditions. You’ll be notified if changes are needed.
Online Courses & Resources
When do I get access to online courses or digital resources? Access is typically granted immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.
